Your business, launched as one working system.

Constara sets up everything a new business needs, connects it and starts it. You approve the plan; Constara takes it from there.

Autónomo line: Running Your step S.L. line: Next line

Opening a business means dozens of separate decisions.

Every service solves one piece. Connecting them is left to you. Constara takes the whole route and starts it as one system.

Launch first. Everything else runs on top.

Launch

Country, legal form, sector and goals in. A full plan out: what will be created, how it connects and what it costs. Nothing starts before you approve.

Run

Deadlines tracked, rule changes routed to the processes they touch, every action recorded. You always know where your business stands.

Grow

New people, new lines of business, a new legal form. Constara extends the system you already have.

Change lines, keep your history.

An S.L. is a new legal person, not a rename. Constara opens the new line next to the old one and transfers only what can lawfully move.

The company behind Constara launches and runs on it, and makes its own move from autónomo to S.L. through it.

Questions

What Constara does not do

Constara does not replace registries, notaries, the tax office or your lawyer. Legal acts go through official channels with your approval. A step without a digital channel is shown in your plan as yours.

What exactly is Constara?

A business operating system. It launches a complete working setup for a new business and keeps running it with you, including when you change legal form.

Who is it for?

Autónomos and small companies in Spain first, starting with professional services. Other European countries follow.

Does Constara register my company?

It prepares everything and uses official channels where they exist. Signatures, deeds and filings stay with you or your advisor, shown in your plan.

Can I move from autónomo to S.L.?

Yes. Constara creates the company next to your activity, transfers what can lawfully move and keeps past invoices, contracts and obligations with the autónomo.

What happens to my data if I leave?

You export your configuration and data at any time. Any connected service can be replaced. Data stays in the European Union.
